Can I pay with a debit card?

Many debit cards can be used to pay for HelioScope when run as a credit card, however there are some restrictions. Here are some things to check with your bank to determine if your debit card can be used to pay for HelioScope:

1. Are you using a supported card brand?
2. Does your bank allow your debit card to be run as a credit card? If not, ask your bank if they can authorize this.
3. Does your card accept recurring payments? If not, ask your bank if they can authorize this.
4. Does your debit card require a PIN to be entered? We do not support PIN entry, so in this case you would need to use a different card.
5. Does your bank allow e-commerce purchases? If not, ask your bank if they can authorize this.
6. Does your bank allow purchases from an American company? If not, ask your bank if they can authorize this.
7. Confirm if your card is restricted for specific use (such as FSA cards or corporate travel cards). If your card is restricted for specific use, you may need to use a different card.
