HelioScope maintains its own internal policies for its employees and does not agree to or complete customer-specific policies or documents for our license-based subscriptions. With customers worldwide, HelioScope cannot agree to customer-specific items for our license-based. We maintain compliance with laws applicable to us as a US-based service provider. In lieu of filling out your documents, we can provide a comprehensive Customer Welcome Packet.

What the Customer Welcome Packet contains

The packet contains all of the information you need to add HelioScope as a vendor in your system, including:

  •  Payment details
  •  Most recent W-9
  •  Confirmation of banking details from our bank
  • Most recent Tax Residency Certificate
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance

If you have needs that exceed the forms included in the Customer Welcome Packet, you may contact our Sales team to discuss an Enterprise package. Our Enterprise packages are much larger, customized packages that would allow us to discuss your documentation requirements in greater depth.
